Árbitro entregó disculpas tras anular gol legítimo a Cristiano Ronaldo

Danny Makkelie es el nombre que todos apuntan en Portugal, luego de no cobrar un claro gol de Cristiano Ronaldo, que le daba la victoria al actual campeón de Europa ante Serbia por las Clasificatorias al Mundial de Catar. El árbitro salió a reconocer su grueso error.

Un curioso hecho ocurrió este sábado, luego de que el juez central del duelo entre Serbia y Portugal, Danny Makkelie, decidiera no cobrar un gol legítimo a Cristiano Ronaldo por considerar que el balón no había ingresado en su totalidad. Esto generó la indignación del artillero luso, quien se retiró indignado poco antes de que terminara el encuentro.

«Según la política de la FIFA, lo único que puedo decir es que me disculpé con el seleccionador nacional, el señor Fernando Santos, y con la selección portuguesa por lo sucedido», dijo el juez neerlandés a A Bola.

Además agregó que «como equipo de árbitros, siempre trabajamos duro para tomar buenas decisiones. Cuando somos el centro de la noticia de esta manera, no nos satisface en absoluto».

Por su parte, Stefan Mitrovic, el defensor serbio que despejó el balón cuando ya había ingresado al arco, declaró que «Cristiano Ronaldo tiene su propio punto de vista sobre la jugada. Puede que esté enojado, pero creo que la pelota no entró».
