Pellegrini: «Quiero desmentir que la ANFP me haya contactado»
El técnico chileno salió al paso de la versión que entrego el presidente de la ANFP, Pablo Milad, respecto a que no tenía interés en tomar las riendas de la 'Roja'. Sin embargo el chileno aclaró que él cumple sus contratos, por eso no se overá del Real Betis, al menos, hasta 2025.
En la búsqueda de entrenador que vive la ANFP para la selección chilena, Pablo Milad realizó declaraciones que molestaron en España. Y es que Manuel Pellegrini, se tomó su tiempo para desmentir los dichos del dirigente, quien indicó que por ahora el Ingeniero no estaba en la órbita de la ‘Roja’ por decisión del DT.
«Quiero desmentir que el presidente de la Federación de Chile haya hablado con una persona cercana a mí. He dicho veinte veces que me gustaría dirigir a la Selección, pero tengo contrato hasta 2025 y yo siempre cumplo mis contratos. Por ese lado no estoy pensando dejar Betis por la selección nacional», mencionó el estratega en conferencia de prensa este viernes 08 de abril.
El Ingeniero también tuvo tiempo para referirse al próximo partido de Betis en la Liga española, donde deberán enfrentar al Cádiz de Tomás Alarcón. Encuentro donde Claudio Bravo asoma como titular nuevamente.
«En la lista de los citados no estará Rui Silva, mantiene el golpe que tuvo en la Europa League. Camarasa y Montoya están lesionados y William está suspendido, el resto está disponible», agregó el entrenador.
Respecto al gran ánimo que se vive en Sevilla por la buena campaña que está realizando con Betis, el chileno valoró el esfuerzo de sus dirigidos para lograr los objetivos durante la temporada.
«Ha sido un gran mérito del plantel el generar esa ilusión llegando a la final de la copa. Por otro lado, creo que la gente del Betis a medida que se van consiguiendo resultados ha tenido un año para disfrutar. Por lo menos mi pensamiento y el de los jugadores es que no hay nada mejor que salir a la calle y ver al hincha contento», finalizó.
